Mixing

A significant portion of our 17,500 square foot manufacturing plant is dedicated to the development and mixing of high quality custom moldable silicone rubber compounds.

The highest quality raw silicone gums and components are mixed, colored, and catalyzed on 2-roll rubber mills dedicated exclusively to silicone. These mills will handle batches as small as 5 pounds and as large as 50 pounds.

Molding

Silicone rubber parts are compression, transfer, or injection molded. Finished parts are deflashed by hand or cryogenically depending on the size, and undergo careful final inspection to ensure that they meet your exact requirements.
